Russ joined Interstate Cold Storage in 1976 and has held management positions at all levels of the company. During his 30+ years with the company, his contributions and leadership has helped to position Interstate as an industry leader.
Russ currently manages the Napoleon, Ohio facility and is involved in all company operational projects. He was also featured in the March-2011 issue of Frozen and Dairy Buyer for flying vintage World War II aircraft.
Mike joined Interstate in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. He has been an active member of IARW functions and graduated from the WFLO Institute in 2009.
Mike was promoted from warehouse supervisor to facility manager in 2006.
Kevin joined Interstate Cold Storage in December of 2006. He has 20 years of management experience in warehousing and distribution.
In addition to daily operations, Kevin also focuses on maintenance, safety, customer service and security.
Kevin graduated from the WFLO Institute in 2009.
Nick Burnham joined the Interstate Cold Storage management team in 2013. He has worked extensively throughout the company and has been involved from our corporate side since 1997.
Nick currently holds the position of general manager at our two Fort Wayne facilities and is involved in all aspects of the company’s continued development.
Nick is set to graduate from WFLO Institute in 2017.
Vince Tippmann Jr.
Executive Vice President
With over 30 years of industry knowledge, Vince Tippmann Jr. brings a vast amount of experience to the Interstate Cold Storage management team. As a member of the 3rd generation of the family owned business, Vince brings a comprehensive understanding of cold storage and warehousing solutions.
While serving in various functions throughout the company, Vince has gained insight into nearly all aspects of the refrigeration and cold storage industry. Since 2009, Vince has served as the Executive Vice President of Interstate Cold Storage.
