Facility Manager - Napoleon, OH
Andrew Rausch has been a member of the Interstate Cold Storage team since 2016. He brings over 15 years of experience in the cold storage industry with extensive knowledge of both project management and plant management. In addition to his broad knowledge of the industry, Andrew holds a B.A. from Capital University and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green State University.
Andrew currently holds the position of general manager at the Napoleon, Ohio facility. Additionally, he began WFLO Institute educational training in 2017 and is set to graduate in 2019.
Mike joined Interstate in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. He has been an active member of IARW functions and graduated from the WFLO Institute in 2009.
Mike was promoted from warehouse supervisor to facility manager in 2006.
Nick Burnham joined the Interstate Cold Storage management team in 2013. He has worked extensively throughout the company and has been involved from our corporate side since 1997.
Nick currently holds the position of general manager at our two Fort Wayne facilities and is involved in all aspects of the company’s continued development.
Nick also graduated from the WFLO Institute in 2017.
Vince Tippmann Jr.
Executive Vice President
With over 30 years of industry knowledge, Vince Tippmann Jr. brings a vast amount of experience to the Interstate Cold Storage management team. As a member of the 3rd generation of the family owned business, Vince brings a comprehensive understanding of cold storage and warehousing solutions.
While serving in various functions throughout the company, Vince has gained insight into nearly all aspects of the refrigeration and cold storage industry. Since 2009, Vince has served as the Executive Vice President of Interstate Cold Storage.
