Interstate Cold Storage (ICS), a leading frozen warehousing company, announces Jessica Wallace has joined the ICS team as human resources manager.
According to ICS president Vince Tippmann Jr., Wallace will oversee all people-focused initiatives and programs across the company and its five warehouse locations. This includes managing employee benefits, compensation, workplace safety, hiring, onboarding and labor relations as well as additional duties to support ICS personnel.
Before joining ICS, Wallace worked at Hicksville Bank until early 2022. She spent 15 years at Saint Anne Home & Retirement Community where she served in healthcare and human resources positions. “Jessica’s extensive experience, excellent communication skills, and leadership capabilities lay the foundation for success in her new role,” says Tippmann.
Wallace holds two degrees from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne. She earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy in 2012 and a master's degree in public affairs and management in 2016.
Wallace says, “As the human resources manager, my primary goal is to ensure ICS continues to exceed standards to promote a safe, fair, and encouraging work environment for all of our wonderful colleagues.”
