Interstate Cold Storage (ICS), a leading provider of cold storage warehousing, announces Beth Junge has been hired as a customer service representative at its Napoleon, Ohio, facility.
Junge will be responsible for helping to coordinate orders, respond to inquiries and ensure a smooth customer experience across ICS’s warehousing and distribution services, says ICS National Sales Manager Charles Betts.

Junge joins ICS having nearly spent two decades at Progressive Furniture as a logistics coordinator for international imports. Before that, she spent time as an administrative assistant and a shipping clerk.
