We know cold storage for meat products is extremely important because meat can harbor harmful bacteria, such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria, which thrive at warmer temperatures. At Interstate Cold Storage we provide the temperatures your meats need, from cold room meat storage temperatures that can slow the growth of bacteria to the significantly lower cold temperatures of a freezer room, to stop these dangerous microorganisms from multiplying to hazardous levels.
Produce
Fruits and vegetables have a time of peak freshness where they are the most flavorful and delicious, but this window is very short.
